Found this while penny hunting I'm thinking PMD but I'd love to hear some other opinions hopefully telling me I found an insane error

I figured it was PMD I do still plan on keeping it as it is so strange to me

Someone put it into a vice at roughly 12 o'clock and squeezed it hard I'd say.
