Not familiar with this design yet. Hard to tell what devices are raised or incuse. If the devices on AMERICA are incuse, then it would be a contact mark on the field of the coin. Just haven't see these coins yet to know for sure yet. Just created the overlays:

In other words the devices are normal raised letters. Not incuse letters?
