No mint mark denotes minting In Philadelphia. Sorry, no doubled ear; normal design.

Nice photography, but please always show us both sides of your coin. Thanks.

The date and bust on the left side look thinner than normal, so the die may have been polished weakening the design. Not seeing what your seeing on the ear area. From what I can see it looks pretty much normal. A bit of glare looks like it is hiding what you are seeing. But below the earlobe area is where you could see clash marks from a die clash.
