Spence@ I'm not sure what the weight is but after you said that I put it under magnification and confirmed what looked like melted metal. Touched it with with a little heat and it melted like butter. Dearborn Bedrock of the Community United States 15452 Posts	Posted 02/09/2023 2:35 pm Hold it with a pair of pliers, heat it up with a torch , then gently smack it on the edge of the coin onto a hard surface (one you don't care for much) and it should 'splash off' . Zac09 New Member United States 27 Posts	Posted 02/09/2023 7:29 pm So what I ended up using vice grip pliers and a heat gun to get the solder to a liquid state and then just wiped the coin really fast with a rag I didn't care about. Worked really well because I tossed it into my coin jar before I saw your reply and now can't seem to single it out. Report this Post to the Staff
