Newbie Here, Hello Community

Hello, from Philadelphia Pennsylvania. I read several posts before joining on a number of occasions and I figured it's about time I join. I hope there is something I can contribute in the future to posts etc.. thank you for having me.
As a added note I am a retired injured in the line of duty law enforcement officer from Philadelphia. I have recently lost both of my parents and other family members. I've collected coins and stamps since I was 3 years old. Whenever I found coins I would always give them to my father because he started collecting coins later on in life after he accidentally threw away my coin collection when I was in my teens but it was just something between my father and I. When we were cleaning out the houses someone took the majority of the coins and sold them in the garage sale for mirror pennies and also dump some of them in the coin machine. Trust me I am utterly devastated what is left I am going through currently coined by coin. It's something that I've always liked but I realized it's very taxing to go through so many coins that we just should have gone through a long time ago. I'm looking forward to making some friends here and I enjoy reading many of the post before I have joint. Thank you for your time look forward to chatting
