1982 Lincoln Penny Small Date And Mint Error

Lookatmyak79 New Member United States 43 Posts	Posted 03/18/2023 05:00 am I have this 1982 Lincoln Penny with something going on with the location of the mint mark, I am wondering about the "dimple" in that location. Also would this be considered a small date as laying beside another 1982, it definitely appears to be smaller. If other pictures are ever needed to come to any conclusion about any of my posted coins I am more than welcome to snap a few more for anyone inquiring. Also the value would be nice to have a rough idea anyhow. Once again thank you in advance for helping this novice figure out some coin reading, I so very much appreciate it.
