That definitely makes sense. My first thought was OMG they will bump it up a little, then reality sunk in and I thought they haven't even looked at the coin yet so it must be for confusion part. One can dream though. In hand Thad I think even you would bump it up. There appeared to be slight scratches at 1:30 on the clock according to trueview but I couldn't find them with my scope. All steps are clear and the luster is off the charts. I know my chances are slim but I would immediately sell and be able to buy a slabbed bu 09-s vdb in 64 and maybe a 14-d in 63. This coin would be the first ms-67+ for 1960-d large date. There are no ms-67+'s listed in the pop report. To a person trying to get a top pop set and none available yet it may bring a hefty price?
