Yea, I agree...This one has a date on it from 1975
I did a search on ebay for E.J ALEO & Co. but could not find any and
seeing it says 974 issued I was thinking there are not to many like it..

I am assuming 24kt E.G.P means electro gold plated

Normally I'd say no, but the value is in the silver content only so I would say go for it.

that 24K must have been very thin for the silver to tarnish like that.
