1988 $5 Federal Reserve Note Printed Foldover Overprint Error PCGS Choice XF-45PPQ

PCGS - During production, the bill was folded, leaving a portion of the back design visible on the face. When the bill reached the overprint stage, the Treasury seal and serial number were printed right onto that folded-over section.
Errors like these go for over $1,000. What's the craziest banknote you've seen?
