I thought I posted it was a 1989 d quarter. It looks like numbers in between the date, Stars or something under In God We Trust and a pattern under the eagle wing. The quarter is dirty but I Don't Wana clean it and Drop any Possible value

This coin would benefit from an acetone soak. That would probably clarify many of the issues that you think you're seeing.

There's the pic with the "stars". How do I do an acetone soak please. Is there Anything else that would work? Thank u for your help

Get some pure Acetone from a hardware store, and simply put the coin in for a day to soften the materials on it.
Do NOT use fingernail polish remover as it has impurities in it and that can ruin a coin.

(I keel a half gallon of acetone here at my house just for coins and I use it quite often.)
