Please review this 1999 D Lincoln Cent for potential new double die variety. Three places to look at 1) the raised line left of the first column, 2) the raised line going off the top of the left side of the building and 3) what looks to be doubling of Lincoln's left arm. Please evaluate all three. Thanks!!!
