What do you mean, "How does this look?" It's a penny. The reverse has a layer of verdigris, very common with copper. Or, do you mean that there's something unusual about the obverse (heads) side?

IMO, it's vaguely interesting that only one side has the patina (assuming it wasn't cleaned). But it's not special, millions of pennies just like it floating around or buried underfoot.

Don't know what chemical changes a cent to red, but you will find them in any year and mint mark.

you should try to crop your images and get better lighting - these are really dark.
But the color almost looks artificial on the obverse, the reverse is suffering from corrosion

This type of dark, red, maroon toning is fairly common on copper memorial cents. It's a normal circulated cent worth 1 cent.
