On the bottom of Lincolns ear lobe there something going on

Thanks coinfrog could it be a plating bubble because there is a raised bump on the bottom of the ear lobe I circled where I believe it's located

There's definitely plating bubbles @Dearborn but the closer I look I don't think it's a plating bubble. The motto is stretched out also not sure what causes this but I remember seeing 1983s and 1984 cents with the similar stretching thing on the motto. Oh and the rolls are uncirculated it can't be circulation hits

No doubled ear.
Might be debris under the copper plating. The stretching is a worn die issue.
