As for the coin, I really appreciate the feedback, I like how the sword looks cracked, adds some personality to the coin! I will just set it aside and put it in a do not cash or use pile.

As for my scope I bought it from Amazon, and didn't want to go big or expensive since I'm just starting out but it's this one.

I did also notice the off color in the photo's I live in a small apartment so trying to get lighting correct is a pain ,and don't really have anywhere else to set it up, but any advice at all would be much appreciated! Even if it means chunk it in the bin and get a better one lol.

As to lighting. Try turning off all on board the scope lights and all room lights and then use a handheld LED flashlight with a paper filter over it.
