1964 Kennedy (Proof?)

Proof coin for sure. Can we get a clear closeup of the Letter I in "Liberty", the hair detail above and behind the ear and the designer initials "FG" on the reverse. This may be the rarer accented hair variety but it is hard to tell from these pics.

Pictures are blurry but it does appear to be the accented hair variety based upon the missing lower left serif on the "I". The "FG" initials also appear the be the straight G without a serif (seen on the accented hair variety). I am not certain about the enhanced hair detail. Perhaps some other members will chime in on this. There is also another marker to look for with the accented hair variety. On the reverse, the rays to the right of the eagles neck where the two stars are located should be broken instead of a solid ray. Again a clearly focused picture is necessary.

A pcgs slabbed example ranges from $30 in PF-60 to about $100 in PF-65. Considering the hairlines on the face unfortunately this will be on the lower end of the scale. Also since it is raw rather than slabbed reduces the value. Search ebay completed items for the accented hair proof for a reasonable fair market value.
