Agree. The first two (?) coins are steel counterfeits, which is why they are rusting. Try putting them close to a magnet; I bet they'll stick very strongly.
The last coin is a Hong Kong $2 coin, I believe. It's so badly battered - "roadkill damage" - that it's not really gradable.
