That might qualify as a Cud, since it's connected to the rim.

I'm thinking die chip with associated die crack. With that chip anchored on the rim (it seems), that feature may qualify as a cud--a small one at that.

Yours is a little earlier die state but I think it's the same die, and both have a die break that is associated with the rim.
