Looks to me like a Severus denarius with Mars on the reverse.

Certainly 'similar' .
But several differences
Note the denarius in question has an Obv legend on right side
AVG IMP V(?)

The one in link (mine btw) begins on left side L SEPT SEV PE
So the legend on right need have begun in RT
But it doesn't
