2024 American Women S Mint Proof Set Value?

Hope I'm not duplicating a topic. Tried searching for it and found nothing. So...

Just got a US Mint email touting the AW proof set for $23. Seems a little high for $1.25 face value. I looked up the 2023 set and found one on Amazon for $28. Assuming the original price was about the same as the 2024 set, that's ~ 17% increase.

I am collecting the circulated quarters (P/D) and wonder if the $23 is a reasonable value disregarding individual collectors tastes.

I do have the State Quarter proofs so there's a collector's hole after 2008.

I take it that this would be the clad set and not the silver one.
$23.00 is just about right for these - taking into account of the package, COA and the box it is shipped in.
