2024 American Women S Mint Proof Set Value?

Just got a US Mint email touting the AW proof set for $23. Seems a little high for $1.25 face value. I looked up the 2023 set and found one on Amazon for $28. Assuming the original price was about the same as the 2024 set, that's ~ 17% increase. I am collecting the circulated quarters (P/D) and wonder if the $23 is a reasonable value disregarding individual collectors tastes.
