Welcome to CCF! Can you post clear pics of the whole coin, both sides? The pic is not clear enough to tell if it's just post mint damage PMD, a scratch/dent or something else. You can go to vamworld.com, compare your coin to the varieties listed. Many errors are minor and do not add much value. The overall condition is much more important unless it's a major error that collectors want.

I agree with Tanman2001. Your date sets farther to the right than a VAM 2. I believe VAM 21 also
