Any idea how I can remove these 2 line on the obverse without damaging the color?

IMHO really only try using 100% Pure Acetone to see if it's some kind of stain that
will dissolve. Other than that, probably not save-able. Get yourself a nice shiny
AU or MS version of a 2000-D cent, should be very cheap $$.

I don't collect Queens for any kind of value I just collecting cuz they're cool looking colors and that maybe my great-great-great-grandchildren one day will look back and say what the heck is this currency
