To which variety this coin belongs to ?, it has clashed marks on the reverse notably on top of the right leaf and over AMERICA

A little tough to check any markers with these pics, a little out of focus and then the toned reverse.

That being said, based on the date placement and the clashing, maybe check out VAM-63.

I'm going to give you another link here that has all the clashed dies together. I'm doing this because there are several similar. Just look at the "Far Date" and "Very Far Date" listings, in my opinion.
