This is another recent date LSC I have found with reverse doubling.
The designer's initials are doubled with split serifs. And portions of the letters in USA are enlarged/thickened.
I look forward to responses. Thanks for taking a look.

Subtle but it appears to be a DDR.

Thanks coin rejector!
The characteristics of a doubled die on this coin are quite apparent, IMHO. Class 9?

I say it is a worn die, it is not a DDR - the lines are right down the middle of the letters and the die is wearing causing the devices to be wide!

How did you come up with this hypothesis that this a Doubled Die?

Thanks Dearborn!
Marve65, so far you are the only doubter. IMHO this appears to be Class 9 doubling rather than DD. I would think if it was Die Deterioration the entire coin would exhibit characteristics of diminished devices---which it does not.
