either a slight off center or a MAD strike - we cannot tell without seeing the reverse side..

Looks like just a slightly Mis Aligned Die - pretty common on Lincoln Cents. 99.9% sure whiteout seeing the reverse!

yep, Errers and Varieties firs instinct was correct - it is a MAD strike.
