Is it in a GSA holder, graded by ANACS? GSA (General Services Administraton) holders with Morgans were sold by the US Mint from about 1972-1980. Some were graded later with labels on the top or bottom.

Thanks. I'm enjoying it. I bought some stuff to clean up the capsules and take the scratches out and it looks much better now.
