What are these clumps that protrude on the coin surfaces? The clump edges are smooth and gradual. The coin weight is okay and the coin seems right. Post-mint or occur during production?

1901-Straights-Settlements-Cent:-Nodules-On-Coin-Surfaces
Obverse, clumps above nose, on neck just under the chin.
