This is a hyderabad mint coin and when you look at it, it is clear that the die is very thick and after seeing the edge it is clear that it is double struck but without shifting,hence no visible double die. But I want to make sure ,so I will leave it to you experts to decide what type of error it is?

Not Double Struck and not a Doubled Die. I'm only seeing Die Deterioration and nothing else.
