I believe this mint mark is unusual but I'm not sure. I cant tell if its just damaged or if its some kind of error or something. Anyone help me out on this one thanks.

Not an RPM, just a damaged coin and also from a worn out punch that got reused from back in the 40's. Here is a link for you so read.
