IMO the 15-coin Arkansas series (5 years @ 3 mints) was one of the leading collector abuses of the commemorative craze era.
The design has no compelling artistry and the vast majority of contemporary collectors of that era had no connection to Arkansas.
But - to have a 'complete' set those collectors were required to continue purchasing the new year examples.
I offer a respectful nod to current collectors who have assembled the complete 144-coin classic commemorative silver set.
I'm satisfied with my one type coin (2 actually; MS and circulated).
