Maybe Die Deterioration Doubling? I know that it's very rare and highly unlikely to have a DDO and a DDR on the same coin.

with Die Deterioration Doubling. This was the time of German Reunification and the German mints were working flat out to produce coins to take over from the Ostmarks that circulated in the DDR. I suspect quite a few pairs of dies were kept in service rather longer than they would have been in a normal year.
