Nice and weighty in hand with a thick flan. Not the greatest artistic work, but still cool devices with a club and eagle, and a thick necked Hercules. TRAJAN AR tetradrachm of Tyre, Phoenicia. Dated "COS 6" and regnal year 16 (112 AD). O: AVTOKP KAIC NEP TPAIANOC CEB GERM DAK, laureate head right, club & eagle below. R: DHMAPC EX IςYPATς, laureate bust of Melqart / Herakles right, draped in lionskin knotted at neck. RPC-III, 3542; McAlee-461; Prieur-1516. 25mm, 11.6g.
