When adding multiple pictures, you've got to make sure that they have different filenames. If two files with the same name are uploaded by the same user on the same day, the forum software assumes the second picture is a replacement and over-writes the first picture.

Yes - we want to see each coin in its own separate thread. And show both sides of each coin. As Sap just told you, you need to use different files names for each photo.
