1981 Lincoln Cent On Kennedy Half? - Coin Community Forum

A 1981 Lincoln Cent struck on a previously struck Kennedy half. Is there any conceivable way this could happen without being an 'inside job'? And how could this Frankenstein escape Mint quality controls other than the perps sneaking it out? Isn't this obviously a deliberate 'error'? Is this a Photoshop product?
