I see it this way:

There are 2 ways to tackle a cancer diagnosis:

1: Get treatment and pray and hope for the best
2: accept it and live life as you have been, get the best out of it that you can (and follow up with option 1.
or
3: sell everything off check into a hospice and wait for the end being all depressed and lonely.

Right now, I'm going for option 2
