I agree with Hondo. All raised details look like they have little pit marks. Flat surfaces pretty much free of them, so the pitting doesn't seem to be environmental damage.

I'm thinking authentic.
Here is a 1629 graded at AU.

We can see that there is a lot of detail on the lion's body and right leg consistent with what might be taken for casting bubbles on your coin.
Details of the king's bust, lettering, etc. all look good to me on your coin.

On value I have no idea. The coin in the photo was part of the famous Bruun collection and hammered at $2040 euro despite the unsightly graffiti. Here is another 1629 that hammered in the same range: https://www.numisbids.com/sale/6228/lot/?lot=600
Yours has comparable eye appeal in my opinion.
I could not find a sale of a 1628 anywhere. Possibly that means it is a rarer date than 1629, but I don't know enough about Norway coinage to be sure of that.

Depending on where you are in Germany, you could take it to one of the many fine auction houses there and get an opnion.
