With PCGS allowing submissions from non members I was considering sending them my still sealed in the mint shipping envelope my 2019 s enhanced ASE along with it's certificate of authenticity.

1. Do you think they still will take submissions for the pair?
2. As for a resale option would the grading be better or leaving in the unopened package for the buyer to open or send in?

I am reviewing my collection of over 60 years of accumulations. My descendants have no interest in the coins and would be better served with funds verses inheriting the coins in the collection.
