Henry II "Tealby" Penny - Challenging ID

Hi,

I got this coin as a freebee along with another coin purchase and while I know it's a Tealby penny it's not a series I am familiar with. The condition makes additional ID challenging to say the least but apparently this particular coin series is notorious for it's poor quality.

There "might" be enough there to narrow it slightly more - I had thought Class D - but am not sure. I don't think there is enough on the reverse to narrow a mint or moneyer down unfortunately.

The only thing that is really obvious is the cross at 12 o'clock - but we knew that was going to be there anyway
