i want to buy a 1952 proof half dollar this one is very tempting can you tell me if it is a good choice ,quality price

Well, to start with, neither of these coins are Proofs. You're looking at a bare minimum of $125+ for a 1952 Franklin Proof, and that would be in PF61 or so.

The seller states that they are BU not proof

but a question are those half dollars good for being bu
proof in 52 would be out of my price range

Looks to me like there are some rim bumps or something going on towards the bottom left of the coin. I personally hate not examing coins in person before buying.
