Since 10/22/09 ... 5 days ago! What is going on?! Mine said the same thing. I thought it had gotten stolen. I called fedex they said they never got it. called the mint and they told me to give it a couple of days. this was on friday. then monday morning I checked the usps tracking and it said it was in my home town, and I received it that morning. so hopefully they forgot to scan your package like mine

My set finally arrived For those that have not received theirs yet, do not fear as I think FedEx is having tracking issues. I ordered a Mint Set and Silver Proof Set at the same time as the C&C. The other two sets shipped on the 21st and arrived on the 23rd, the tracking is still showing it at the St Louis FedEx facility but they are safely in my hands. The tracking showed the C&C set shipping on the 22nd and it still shows as being stuck in Indianapolis but the box I opened an hour ago was certainly not in Indy

My mother has never quite told me whether or not she successfully got her order in the next morning.....if she did.....possible Christmas present was hinted......but now.....I'm playing the waiting game AGAIN with this Set ! .... ... I "am" really happy and content with just owning one of these Sets.....but owning two of them will/would make me happier yet. Not really a "greed" thing either. I may even "gift" some things to family. But, once I get into my 70's.....(about thirty years off)....I won't feel too bad about selling stuff I have in double or triplicate of. Especially since there will be no real affordable health care, no nest eggs, no salvaged retirement plans, and the cost of living shall have soared to an unimaginable/unaffordable/ever rising/record breaking high cost. And most people, except the high and mighty, will all be broke..... All about 30 years from now. Not to be pessimistic or anything though ! ... I'd like to have a pile of some nice shiny little trinkets for a very small short lived "security blanket".Does anyone know for sure what the price of Silver will be in 30 years ?.....or the price of the Lincoln Silver Dollar ? Or this particular Set ? ..... .... ...... yeah right...just kiddin'.....if anybody can predict any of those accurately.....then we should leave for Vegas in the morning ! ...

Quote: (I am over an hour from Charlotte). Where exactly do you live? I live outside of Gastonia in a small town named Bessemer City. Since you won't show pictures of your 7070 I may have to come to your house and see it myself and take some secret shots for everyone to see

You are closer to me than Charlotte is. I am located in the great metropolis of Greenville, SC; therefore I pass by you to get to the Queen City.

Quote: daviscfad: I noticed the Lincoln cents were toned. I got my LN6 Set on Monday, and all of the coins are in great condition, but the Lincoln Cents are darker than the Cents in my 2009 Proof Sets (Clad and Silver). Quote: ceaton: ...I can always replace those. That's one reason why I started the LN6 Poll thread. It would be all too easy to swap out the coins in the LN6 Set! The Cents in my LN6 Set are in high-MS condition and look very nice, despite their being a shade darker than their brethren in my Proof Sets.

Quote: yep yep, so when can I come see that 7070 When I finish it, probably sometime in 2017! My C&C set did not come yesterday as I had hoped. It is still listed to arrive today. According to tracking, it left Charlotte last night.
