But if it is what I think you are saying then it is a clogged letter in the die, or perhaps even an overly polished die,, that has removed the letter N. The die became clogged with debris grease metal filings and this letter became completely clogged thus no metal flow . or it is damage from circulation the pic is still to blury to get good detail from. Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 05/14/2006 8:19 pm Hi Josie Taking pics of coins takes a little practice,, If your camera has a macro setting use that to allow you to take close ups, work with your lighting to light the coin without making glare. once you have figured everything out once its easy from there .
