Hello Everyone,
I'm very new to coin collecting,variety and error coins
being my favorite.I wanted to share a coin I found underneath
my sofa,not sure if it's worth anything or very collectable,
nonetheless still an error coin(i hope that's correct)I would
appreciate any and all comments about the coin.

Your coin is a variety as opposed to an error. An error is basically something that happens while the coin or blank is being made that is particular to that coin. A variety is something particular to the die that struck the coin and is identical on all coins struck by that die.
Your coin looks to be a 1972-P ddo-8 a nice find in an unusual place

Nice pictures! I don't know much about errors, but the coin itself has nice coloring to it and your pictures came out very clear.
