Its hard to tell from the scans If it was not for the Rim ding I would have said EF40 but with the Ding I would give it a VF35

I have the first eight - 1864-LM thru 1871 - but none of mine look that good. Nice looking coin.

It's a very nice coin, hope I can get my hands on one like that. I've always loved 2-cent pieces, I dont know if it's just the design or the fact they only existed for a short time. I still got a ways to go with grading, I wouldn't trust my opinion with that pic.
