XF-45ish if that's wear I see on the eagle's breast feathers and the hair.

ef45 looks to have some wear on the hair above the date, the folds of the cap, the cotton leaves and bolls, and some on the hair by the face. On the reverse some wear on the breast and some light wear on the eagles head and leaves of the wreath. Hope I'm somewhat close.

I'd say VF30.Too much wear to go XF.
