Is anyone here familiar with Mexico Onza bullion? Seeing how this is a bullion piece struck by an official mint, I'm a little surprised by the rough details such as the haphazard lettering, raised bumps, and shallow relief. Judging by the flow lines, it looks struck--but there are also signs of die wear and possibly corrosion. Is this normal?
