Excluding the 22 plain and 1955DD, which are unknown (I think I saw an estimate of 20,000 on the 55, but no one is sure). If someone has the PCGS or NGC count, feel free to post it as well. You can only determine the lowest mintage on something the mint actually counted so that excludes all transitional coins, die varieties, and errors. Looking at the pop records on Heritage, PCGS/NGC have certified 34 RD, 171 RB, and 59 BN. BTW, nice to see you again biggfredd Report this Post to the Staff
