I am wondering if anyone can help in determining the cirrent market value of a raw 61-62 Unc 1887P VAM 1B E clash rev. dollar. Almost full E. I see at Vamworld a pop 6 known. Is a put away gift for a young child. College money, ect. Trying to estimate actual value. I see the prices you refered to. Just do not know of any actual sales or how current info is. Thanx again. The current Condition Census is a PCGS AU53, and that one was slabbed two months ago. There's no price for your coin, because one like yours hasn't existed util now. That coin is very nearly the Holy Grail of VAM collecting, along with the 1878 VAM-44, and if yours is truly MS, you may pretty much set your own price. Undoubtedly into five figures. Collectors have been actively seeking this VAM since 1974, when it was first identified, and there are still only 7. Does that give you an idea of its' rarity? Report this Post to the Staff
