I have collected coins for as long as I can remember(purely as a hobby), but now they are all just sat hidden away in tins and boxes, so I have decided to sell my collection to someone who will appreciate them. While looking through the coins I have found two that I cannot seem to identify, despite hours spent trawling the internet. So, I thought I would ask the experts. Both coins are approximately 39mm in diameter and 2.5mm thick. I have found similar coins online, some are silver, some are copper/nickel. I don't know what these are or how to find out but they are very shiny! I would be looking to sell these coins so would like to know what they are worth, if anything. Jays-Dad Pillar of the Community United States 790 Posts	Posted 03/03/2011 10:12 am The Turks and Caicos coin looks like KM113.2. Weighs 31.17 g of .999 silver for an ASW of 1.0011 oz. Listed at $30, but that's obviously low with the silver in it. The Marshall Islands one appears to be KM201. Weighs 31.1 g of .999 silver for an ASW of .9988 oz. Listed at $27.50, again probably low. Jays-Dad Pillar of the Community United States 790 Posts	Posted 03/03/2011 12:56 pm KM refers to a world coin book used in the US. The numbers are the unique id assigned by the book. Given these numbers and access to the book, it becomes a simple matter to look them up. ASW refers to actual silver weight. Report this Post to the Staff
