1982 1-DO-003? 1982 Doubled Die Reverse / DDR ?

lucleus Valued Member United States 165 Posts	Posted 03/24/2011 01:48 am Is this the 1982 1DO-003? (first 2 photos) It looks identical to me down to the die scratches on the reverse. But I still have alot to learn. The rest are pictures are of a different 1982 sm. dt. I've taken numerous pictures of this one (rotated) and they all seem to show different things. I've posted some here in hopes that I could get some other opions. At the top of UNITED (close ups) I think I can see splits (sheriffs?). The 2nd S in STATES has this on the tail. Other pictures show in on the E PLURIBUS UNUM. And then there's the obverse. The date seems to be split and Liberty too. lucleus Valued Member United States 165 Posts	Posted 03/24/2011 03:17 am Hopefully these are better. Does this S looked doubled? Is LIBERTY doubled going from thick to normal. Is this date doubled? Are these the die scratches that are the markers for 1982 1DO-003 above the M in between the TE. I don't know the lingo and I'm not very technical either.
