I'd buy that at $15 all day long. I'd probably say F12 on the obv, VG8 on the rev. So net VG10.

I'd say VG-8. That's a great find for $15, especially since Coin Values gives it a value of $70!

OK Lets breake it down:
OBVERSE:complete LIBERTY but both stars and date merge with rim. Good details in hair, clothing and face. Entire design not that worn.
Reverse: Egle is boldly outlined. Head, tops of shield, talonsand olive branch are somwhat smooth. Eye is visible.

SO OBVERSE G
REVERSE VG

NET High G or low VG

(G-6+)
