Large Kennedy half. Has any one seen one of these. 1964-D

It is silver and weighs 12.5 Gr. the same as regular 64 90% silver.

Could it be like those Texas pennies? Where the coin is placed between two pieces of fabric and flattened.

If you hadn't mentioned Texas Pennies, I would have I just cannot see any other way to make a coin bigger in diameter yet have the normal weight. The reeding is kind of mushy, correct? Compare the thickness to that of a normal business strike half dollar. Using a proof for comparison can be misleading because proofs are thicker at the rims than business strikes.

Ok Biokemist6 that one was just handy. I'll just have to dig up a 64 business strike. Thanks
